Please note that once you have booked an appointment, your time is reserved in the schedule exclusively for you. It is understood that your time is valuable, as is mine! For respect for myself and other clients, I ask that you give at least a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule made with 48 hours or less than an appointment start time will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service price, charged to the card on file. Any cancellation or reschedule made with 24 hours or less than an appointment start will result in a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the reserved service price, charged to the card on file. Any no call/no shows are not tolerated and will result in a fee equal to 100% of the reserved service price, charged to the card on file. Late cancellations/reschedules/no shows make it nearly impossible for me to fill your spot. No exceptions!
